Dear Students, My name is Hamish Ferguson and I am the curator at the Science museum in the town. Recently my museum was visited by a family from overseas who I am afraid complained that the playground in our picnic area was looking a bit old and run down. They also said that their children had not really enjoyed playing on the equipment so they left feeling a little bit sad. I have decided that I really do not want children to leave my museum feeling sad, so I had better build a new playground. I was hoping that you might help me by designing a playground. I want you to include as many 2D and 3D shapes as you can as I am very fond of them. Please could you send me pictures of your designs and photos of the models you build, so that I can see what my new playground will look like. I would like you to work in teams for this task and name your teams so that I know who is who. Thank you for all you help Mr. Hamish Ferguson.
