There is complete disarray and the smell of fear in the air is repugnent. There are no laws to govern, no rules to guide. Muggles, Wizards and all magical creatures are near the end. Wizards and Witches are depending upon Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix to not only rescue the wizarding world from complete darkness and evil distruction, but also to guide the revolutionary government change.
