There are no specific educational requirements for entry to
postal employee positions. Applicants are usually required to take a selection test
consisting of general and specific ability tests. No special study is required for the
test.
The results obtained in the test determine placement on the
successful candidate list. Candidates from this list are then interviewed. Successful
applicants participate in a training course provided by Australia Post.
