1. Hire and view the classic - "Karate Kid" video (made in the '80s).

2. Two different philosophies about Karate and its use are portrayed. Eg. Kreese - "Mercy is for the weak. We do not train to be merciful here. A man confronts you on the street, he is your enemy. Enemies deserve no mercy. What is the problem Mr. Laurence?" Find other examples in the video.

3. Answer the question: What is the true philosophy of Karate?
