Community and Health - REAL ESTATE AGENT

What to do:
1. Get a copy of a real estate catalogue (the one that lists the houses for sale in your
local area).
2. Go through the houses and see what factors contribute to the price of the house.
For example, the number of bedrooms, where the house is situated, etc.
3. Once you've had a go at this, read a description of a house and, without looking
at the price, try to give an estimated price.
What to do:
1. Get used to the real estate 'lingo' and see if you can write up a description
for your own house using this terminology.

A lower ecological footprint means lower house costs and saving the planet
