PROCESS
Team 4
1.
As a team, you are to examine the
following profiles of the clients of Maximum Potential Career
Consultants Pty Ltd.
As part of the company's privacy policy, you are not to disclose any
information about this client to other team members and of course, not
to the outside public!
2. Each team member will
research, from their role perspective (Trades, University, TAFE/CIT,
and, Employment), the best three career
choices for each of five student clients.
3.
Each team member is to review the 5 client profiles, work out their
most suited career from their perspective and present their ideas to
the team.
You have full access to Maximum
Potential Career Consultants' (MCPP)
resources
on careers.
4.
You will also have to give
other advice to each client. Click here for the
Advice
Worksheet.
You will have to recommend what skills, talents and study that will
need to be developed further. You might also need to recommend other
qualifications or work experience.
5. The company, however, wants each team to reach
consensus about each of the 5 clients career choices - this means
that each role will have to defend their perspective but reach a
decision together about the best choice for the client.
This includes the
Non-Tertiary Package clients who will need to be given a career as a
Mature Age Student from the University Representative.
You will have to
reduce the career choices down from 12 to
3!
