Communication
I always liked
doing public speaking and doing orals in English. I am good
at writing and presenting speeches. I can communicate with
anyone, apart from people who speak down to me. There is
nothing more irritating, and it normally provokes me to lose
my temper and not communicate in the way that I should.
Negotiation
You could
say that I suck at negotiation, or at least I am no good at
holding my end of the bargain. My parents always agree to
let me go places, provided that I do this or that job for
them. Only I never do the jobs that they ask me to do, so
they are pretty much getting short-changed.
Numerical
I hate math, I
think it has got to be the most boring subject put on this
earth. Because I don’t like it that much at all, I guess I
am not very good numerically.
Technological
I like
some forms of technology, but get frustrated by others. I
couldn’t live without my stereo system, TV, DVD player,
digital camera and most definitely without my mobile phone.
Social
Basically my
social life revolves around John. Although I sometimes hang
out with some of the girls that I go to school with if John
is out with his friends.
Physical
I think I
am pretty ok looking. I used to get dressed up all the time,
but now my style has changed because John likes me in less
sexy things. I only dress for him now which is good because
he’s the only one who has to like what he sees.
Creative
I am not very
creative at all.
Leadership
I don’t
know… I’m sure I could be a good leader but I simply choose
not to. I let someone else do it for me because being a
leader takes a lot more time and effort than being a
follower.
Practical
I am ok at
doing practical stuff at school. It is heaps better than
doing written stuff and theory. At least it gives you a
break from all the boringness of school.
Home duties
I am
pretty lazy around the house when it comes to keeping things
clean. My room is kind of tidy, just cluttered with lots of
things. Sometimes I have cleaning surges and all I want to
do is just that, clean. But that is likely to happen maybe
once quarterly.
I am a very nice person, very
excitable and make things entertaining for my class mates. I am also
an extremely hard worker and have a good work ethic (if I’m being
paid). I am also a great listener and a very talented shopper.
Casual work:
I have been working my casual job now for about 6 months. I am
working in fashion retail at Supre, which is good because I get
staff discounts and get to listen to cool music while working.
Work Experience:
I did a week
work experience at a hairdresser last term, because that’s what I
thought I wanted to do. Even though I still like the idea of
hairdressing, I realise that they just don’t get paid enough for all
the hours they do and the work they put in, so I don’t consider it
worth while.
