Revisiting the Business Plan
After all your
hard work, you will need to re-look at your Business Plan. This
BP should become a "working document" - that means that you
change it over and over as your needs change.
One of the
things that you need to do is the SWOT - this is Strengths;
Weaknesses; Opportunities and Threats to your business.
