Business Survey Questionnaire

Different members of the Business Community are going to help you with your business!

You will be introduced to a Local Business Person who might become your Mentor (Helper). To help you in your business, you are to find out as much as you can about this person’s business.

The following Questionnaire will help you with questions that you can ask - but don't be limited by these questions. Ask more questions - just remember to record the answers!

Before you meet your Business mentor, click here and print off a copy of the Business Survey Questionnaire so you can interview your mentor.

Remember to be polite when asking the questions. The best way to interview anyone is to be prepared.

Read the Questionnaire a few times before you go to your Mentor's business.

Take with you the following:

1. A clipboard with your printed Business Survey Questionnaire on it.

2. Two pens (just in case one doesn't work!)

And remember, you will be fine... these Business Mentors are looking forward to meeting with you and showing off their business.
